In the Midst of It All

We all get discouraged by life. Bad things do happen. We wonder - where is God? Why doesn't a 'loving God' do something about all this mess?! Doesn't He care?

But God doesn't answer our questions.

And yet - and I think this is the main point in the Old Testament Book of Job: though God doesn't answer our specific questions, He does affirm that He is in control. The Creator always has been; always will be.

There's a story being written: - His-tory.

And it's about relationship: - He does want to give us more of Himself.
