Whether we have a garden or an orchestra, we can appreciate the rich sights and smells or the wonderful sounds of music that emanate through such diversity - in the context of unity - from the uniqeness, beauty and blend of many gifts.
Not all blossom at the same time and season, and not everybody is even (supposed to be) on the same page at the same time (though all the players, pray God, are on the same musical number) . . .
And then there's the queston of the gardener or the symphony maestro - the necessary leaders, enablers, those who call forward the beauty of what will bless.
