Getting ready for the Banquet.

This picture is from the wedding of my youngest son Jamie and daughter-in-law Genevieve. It also speaks to me, as a person of faith, to the Wedding Banquet the Scriptures speak of: the Wedding of the Lamb. The Bible uses the metaphor of the Church as the Bride and Jesus as the Bridegroom; we wait the Great Day, the Last Day, the Wedding Day.
