Everything in all creation is part of - and is to be subject to God’s purposes and plans. The Kingdom of God is not a physical place but a sphere of God’s rule; the place is this earth, this universe where His will is to be done. Obviously, at the moment, things are not yet as they should be or as they will be; but we can see evidences of progress in many areas of life on this planet.

Sadly too, we can see terrible and terrifying evidences not only of vestiges but of whole chunks of evil, brokenness and what the Bible calls ‘sin’ for it’s all a rebellion still and affront to God’s good purposes and plans.

With God, we pray and work towards Kingdom-coming, by prayer pulling down and into our space-time situations God's rule, healing and blessing. The signs around us, thus set up, point to Kingdom-come and coming, hopefully making folk around us hungry for the fullness of God's blessing and peace, thirsting to know the Almighty in intimate relationship.
